First: the homespun answer: as of last, the weather has been poor; coolish around 0°-5°C, strong winds, sometimes foggy, occaisonal drizzle - but why miss the regular Sunday ride? after 5 minutes of riding you ask yourself why you actually wanted to stay in and skip the ride! Two hours later - it's been a great ride, you had gravity force you off the bike, some new trails through the underwood or no trails at all and mud all over the bike, wear and face. Chapeau!
